Established seasoned organizational Ombuds with extensive, ongoing traditional campus and health science center experience concurrently.  Accomplished professional with over two decades of experience fostering respectful communication, managing & resolving complex and sensitive issues, and promoting fairness and understanding within higher education and medical center environments.  As former Director of the Ombuds Office at the University of Colorado Denver / Anschutz Medical Campus, I served as a neutral, informal, confidential, voluntary and independent resource supporting faculty, staff, and students in navigating conflict, improving relationships and developing effective communication and problem-solving strategies.  I have served over 12,000 visitors in my 26+ years of experience as an organization Ombuds.  I have developed deep expertise in executive coaching, team dynamics and organizational well-being while consistently adhering to the IOA Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics. I received my JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and my undergraduate from Colorado State University.  I am available for online, on-site and traveling ombuds services.
